JULIE E. BALLARD (Co-Lighting Designer) is thrilled to be working with Signal Ensemble again. Some of her favorite designs include Cabaret, Hamlet, and In God’s Country. She has worked with Grey Zelda, Stage Left, and Village Players, as well as many dance companies in Chicago. She is currently the lighting supervisor for David Dorfman Dance.
