A proud company member of Signal Ensemble Theatre, Philip has performed in Signal's productions of The Real Inspector Hound, Aftermath, The Ballad of the Sad Cafe as Marvin Macy, The Birthday Party as McCann, 1776 as John Adams (Joseph Jefferson Award nomination for actor in a principle role musical, and winner of best production musical), She Stoops to Conquer as Hastings, The Dumb Waiter as Gus, and Hamlet as Marcellus and the Gravedigger. He also assistant-directed The Weir. Philip was most recently seen in Dancing at Lughnasa with Seanachai. Acting in Chicago for 10 years, Philip has worked with many companies including: The Artistic Home, Backstage Theatre, Bailiwick Repertory, Breadline Theatre Group, City Lit, Collaboraction, Court Theatre, Infamous Commonwealth Theatre, and The Side Project.
